Standard Home Watch: Peace of Mind Property Care will visit your home as many times as you request to assure that your home is secure. We will remove any paper notices or advertisements that may have been left at your door and if requested we will also enter the home for a quick walk through.

First contact for security alarm: Peace of Mind Property Care can be setup as your first contact for your security system monitoring company. If your alarm is tripped, we will quickly proceed to your home to meet with police and fill out all the paperwork, secure the home and reset your alarm system once the police leave.

Utility interruption home security: Peace of Mind Property Care will keep in contact with the utility companies and if for some reason your utilities have been disrupted, we will contact you. If requested, we will go to the home and reset alarms, timers or check gas appliances, if any have been affected.

Insurance company requirement: Some insurance companies require proof that your home is being watched. Peace of Mind Property Care will take digital photos during each visit and will e-mail the photos to you so you will have a visual record.

Hourly rate of $35 for all extended services.

Monthly home inspection: Peace of Mind Property Care will go into your home one time per month and go through an extended check list to assure you that your home is in good condition and all fixtures are operating properly. ($40 for standard home) If you choose to have us inspect your home more than one time per month you can add $20 for each additional visit.

Requested home maintenance: Peace of Mind Property Care is not a construction company but with over 35 years of construction experience we can do minor home repairs if requested. ($35 per hr. 1 hour min.)

Newly purchased home fix up: Peace of Mind Property Care can assist you after you purchase your winter home by installing missing light fixtures, ceiling fans, and even plumbing fixtures. ($35 per hr. 1 hour min.)

Weather related inspection: Arizona has some harsh weather. Besides being hot during the summer, we often have storms come through that can cause serious damage to your home. Peace of Mind Property Care will contact you if there is unusual weather and visit the home if requested. (there may be no cost depending on services already in place)***

Meeting with contractors: We will meet with various contractors that you may need at your home such as Landscapers, plumbers, electricians, cleaning services, etc and supervise the work as requested at a rate of $40 for the first hour $35 per hour thereafter until the service is finished.

Act as owners representative: If requested, we will meet with various contractors needed on the property in order for them to provide estimates of the service required. ($40 per hour)

Work with realtors: If you decide to sell your home, we will work with your realtor to make sure extra care is taken to assure that everything is ready for a possible buyer inspections.

Make unannounced inspections: If you decide to rent your home we will make visits to your home whenever you request, Because of the law, we can only check the exterior unless the renters invite us in.

Meet with service providers: Peace of Mind Property Care will meet with your service providers such as landscapers, plumbers, electricians, cleaning services, etc and supervise the work if requested.

Act as owners representative: Peace of Mind Property Care will assist you to be your own general contractor for any major remodel or construction project you may wish to do. We will meet with various contractors on the property in order for them to provide estimates of the service required.

Work with your licensed realtors: Peace of Mind Property Care will work with your realtor should you decide to sell your home. We can even have your belonging removed and stored once the sale is finalized.

If you decide to rent your home: Peace of Mind Property Care can make visits to your home whenever you request and act on your behalf if eviction is required.
